Hi ik ben Emma en ik ben 22 jaar. Ik ben aankomend master Technische Wiskunde student. De afgelopen 4 jaar heb ik in Amerika gestudeerd waar ik mijn wiskunde bachelor heb gehaald. Ik heb daar gevoetbald via een beurs en hoop ook in Nederland weer door te gaan met voetballen. Ik zou mezelf omschrijven als een actief persoon, zo houd ik naast voetballen ook van tennis, ga ik vaak naar de gym en houd ik van wandelen (met mijn honden). Ik heb erg genoten van de studentencultuur in Amerika. Nu hoop ik de Nederlandse studenten beleving mee te gaan maken in Delft. Ik kijk uit om weer nieuwe mensen te leren kennen, wonen met studenten van verschillende studie-, studenten- en sportverenigingen lijkt mij daarom erg leuk. Ik hoop een gezellig huis te vinden en ik verheug mij op verschillende huisactiviteiten.

My name is Javi and I'm a 33 yo guy from Spain. I was born in Madrid, where I grew up and lived until I moved to Barcelona in 2016. In between, I spend one year studying abroad my Erasmus stage in Grenoble (French Alps). It was almost 2 years ago when I got a good job opportunity which made me leave Bcn and began my journey in the Netherlands (Rotterdam). I've always had a passion for sports, having practiced several over the years—from playing football in my early days to a lifelong love for skiing, and more recently/past years, getting into downhill mountain biking. This come together with a bunch of hobbies like hiking, scuba diving or motorcycling among others. Tbh, I don't find it hard to enjoy my free time! Besides sports, music is an unmissable part of my life, I´m generally down for celebration and try to take off for travelling every time I can. Regarding housing and coexistence, worth to mention that I've lived in 4 different homes (Madrid, Grenoble, and 2 in Barcelona) and with different people (family, long time girlfriend and flatmates/friends). Hi, my name is Vittorio, I am 19 years old and I live in Milan, Italy. I got last year my high school diploma at Liceo Classico. I don't know if there is the equivalent in the Netherlands: I studied Latin and Greek for five years, as well as philosophy and history, which is by far my favourite subject. I also love maths, science, nature and animals so last year I enrolled in Applied Earth Sciences in Delft, because I would like to contribute to making our world a bit sustainable. Then, after some month in Delft I decided to quit Applied Earth Sciences in order to follow my ancient passion for history and I will start in September to study History at Utrecht University. I am a bit shy, so in my spare time I don't go out that much, but I prefer to read or watch TV series (my favourites have been Breaking Bad, The Boys, Better Call Saul and The Office). When I see my friends, mainly my high school friends, together we love to play Dungeons and Dragons or watch movies. I would like to start university in a studio or in a shared flat, both solutions are suitable for me because I love getting to know new people and cultures and to integrate more quickly with the world of university students in Utrecht. I would love to learn Dutch and get to know more about the culture, customs and cuisine of this country. I love cooking a lot and would love to both learn new recipes and share the ones I know (pasta carbonara is my favourite). I am quite tidy and I like my kitchen and bathroom to be clean and tidy, and I always make an effort, even at home, to respect common places.
