Looking for a permanent place to live startinf from April or May 2026

Hi! My name is Aisha. I will be relocating to Rotterdam from Dubai under the HSM visa category. I am originally from Pakistan and currently work in audit. I already have a signed employment contract, and my office is located in the Prins Alexander area. A little about me: I’m a working professional relocating to Rotterdam for a long-term role in audit with an international firm. I’m quiet, respectful, and value a clean and well-maintained living space. I spend most of my time working and prefer a calm home environment. I don’t smoke, I’m very responsible with rent and house rules, and I’m looking for a comfortable place where I can settle in. I will be arriving in Rotterdam on 12 January and I am very interested in the studio. Gouda bevalt me goed, het was perfect om mijn proefschrift te schrijven, maar de verhuurder verkoopt het huis en ik moet dus vóór augustus van dit jaar verhuizen. I like to have meaningful conversations, and enjoy the occasional social event. Overall, however, I prefer a quieter peaceful environment.
