I am Dorin an incoming TU/e student, starting my Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering in September 2026. I come from Moldova and have also EU citizenship (Romania). The rent will be fully guaranteed by my parents, who have stable income and savings. All necessary financial and legal documentation can be promptly provided. Furthermore, I am available to sign the lease contract and start paying rent prior to my official move-in date. I am a quiet, responsible and tidy person. I have experience living on my own and taking good care of my living space (I have been living in my high school's student dorms).

I am a 19 years old and I will start a bachelor in Mechanical Engineering in September 2026 in Eindhoven. I am an easygoing, tidy responsible and non-smoker person, I also play football and I like other sports. I look for any type of accommodation near the campus or the city centre.

Xx Op dit moment is er geen kamer beschikbaar. Xx Wij zijn een gezin (een vader, 2 dochters 23/25, studentes). Ze wonen op kamers in Den Haag en Leiden en studeren aan een universiteit. We hebben ervaring met het verhuur van kamers, ook voor een van de buren in de straat wat voor beide partijen goed was bevallen. Ruim 6 maanden lang hebben studentes uit Polen, Italie, Spanje, Frankrijk, Chili, Nederland, Turkije, Slovakia, Frankrijk, Indonesië en studerend in Leiden en Den Haag hier een kamer gehuurd. Er zijn 2 privékamers voor studenten beschikbaar en soms tijdelijk een kamer die voor een korte periode als wisselkamer wordt gebruikt. Dit adres is eerder gescreend door TakeCareBnB/Rode Kruis en de eigenaar heeft een VOG-verklaring vanwege meerdere opvang van Oekraïense vluchtelingen maar die zijn inmiddels elders onder gebracht. Delen van het huis wordt op dit moment verduurzaamd en gerenoveerd, maar we proberen zo min mogelijk het overlast te beperken. De aangeboden kamers zijn klaar voor gebruik en waren tot voor kort verhuurd aan een studente uit Spanje/Chili en Polen. Referenties zijn beschikbaar. Vanwege de samenstelling van het gezin en inrichting van het huis, willen we enkel een studente van het vrouwelijke geslacht die Nederlands en/of Engels spreekt. Voldoe je daar niet aan, dan heeft het geen zin om te reageren. Mijn Engels is matig/redelijk maar communiceren lukt prima. De sfeer is heel relaxed en behalve huishoudelijke afspraken kan je lekker jezelf zijn. Je zal je snel thuisvoelen en een introductieprogramma rond Leidschendam is mogelijk. Ook is er een kaart beschikbaar waarmee je gratis of met korting naar sommige musea kan gaan. Westfield The Mall is een van de grootse winkelcentra van Europa en is 10 minuten fietsen hier vandaan en in de omgeving is ook een heel mooi natuurgebied. In 30 minuten sta je in het centrum in Den Haag of sta je op het strand in Scheveningen. Gebruik van de wasmachine, droger en wasmiddel is inbegrepen. Because of the composition of the family and the layout of the house, we only want a quiet female student who speaks Dutch or English. If you don't comply with that, there's no point in responding. My English is not perfect and good communication is necessary if you live in 1 house. The atmosphere is very relaxed and there are few rules except for household arrangements. You will quickly feel at home and safe.
