Hi! I’m Ivo, a 22-year-old Portuguese student currently finishing my Master’s in Biochemistry and Biotechnology. I’ve recently moved to the Netherlands for a research traineeship at Leiden University Medical Center (LUMC), where I’ll be working in biomedical research until the end of March 2027. I’m looking for a furnished room or studio in Leiden or the surrounding area for the duration of my stay. I’m responsible, tidy and respectful of shared spaces, while also being quite social and enjoying meeting new people. Outside of the lab, I practice Jiu-Jitsu, go to the gym, enjoy cooking and exploring new places. I’m also used to living and working with people from different backgrounds through several Erasmus+ projects. I’m looking for a comfortable and respectful place to call home during my time in the Netherlands, ideally with a good balance between socialising and everyone having their own space.

Naast mijn studie werk ik als student en verdien ik ongeveer €700 per maand. Mijn ouders ondersteunen mij daarnaast financieel en helpen mij met het betalen van de huur. Hierdoor heb ik tijdens mijn studie voldoende financiële zekerheid. Beide mijn ouders werken en verdienen goed. Mijn papa verdient rond de €5000 per maand en mijn mama €1700 per maand. Ik ben van nature een rustig en netjes persoon. In mijn vrije tijd teken en lees ik heel graag en ik vind het fijn om thuis een rustige plek te hebben waar ik kan studeren, creatief bezig kan zijn en tot rust kan komen. Ik ga zorgvuldig om met mijn spullen en zou dat natuurlijk ook met de studio doen. Deze studio sprak mij meteen aan en ik zie mezelf hier echt wonen tijdens mijn studie in Nederland. Het zou voor mij heel bijzonder zijn om hier mijn nieuwe hoofdstuk te kunnen beginnen. Ik ben dan ook serieus geïnteresseerd en zou heel graag de kans krijgen om de studio te mogen bezichtigen. Hi, ik zal me even kort voorstellen. Mijn naam is Sanna en ik 19 jaar oud. Ik volg vanaf dit schooljaar de opleiding forensisch onderzoek aan het Saxion. Ik woon momenteel in Arnhem en dat is best lang in de trein zitten, daarom ben ik opzoek naar een kamer voor een langere tijd. About me: I am Bernardo, but everyone calls me Bernie, I am 21 years old (22 in August :)), I am from Portugal and this will be my second year living abroad in the Netherlands, as a student. To continue my MSc in Biomedical engineering at the university of the Twente, I will be doing an internship at the Radboud University Medical Center from September to January (winter semester). For this reason, I am looking for housing approximately within that period! I am used to shared living, and I am absolutely comfortable living with any gender. I like to socialize and chill with my roommates, whether to do more cozy activities like playing games, watching movies and cooking or to grab a drink and go on a night out. In terms of shared living, I would say that I am a respectful person, always being aware of the noise I make, while being tidy and give my roommates their space! Personality wise, I am really into neuroscience, I am really passionate on knowing how the brain works and how we can model it.
