As a housemate and tenant I'm tidy and quiet, and I treat shared spaces and house rules with respect. I'm a non-smoker, I keep regular hours, and I'm the type who washes up the same evening rather than "tomorrow." I'm easy-going and sociable, and I genuinely enjoy cooking (Italian, naturally), so housemates rarely complain.
