I am (nearly) 30, looking for a quiet place to live in Amsterdam. After 3 years of living in Amsterdam, working in specialty coffee, wine bars, and restaurants, I have a life and rhythm filled with friends, volunteering at a farm, and a buddhist community. Farming work is filling more and more of my time, and I hope to find a job in the Amsterdam area as a gardener or vegetable farmer. My income is around €3k per month. Ik huur nu al 2 jaar een studentenkamer in de stad, maar ik ben nu toe aan een ruimere en rustigere plek voor mezelf waar ik mij kan richten op mijn studie en werk. Ik rook niet, heb geen huisdieren en ben een nette, rustige huurder. Wat betreft de financiële zekerheid, kunnen mijn beide ouders garant staan voor de betaling van de huur en kunnen zij ook eventueel de maandelijkse betaling rechtstreeks verzorgen. Wanneer het na de bezichtiging allemaal bevalt, kan ik gelijk alle relevante documenten opsturen (ID, inkomensverklaring, etc.). Hoop u te zien bij de bezichtiging.
