Financially, I am highly reliable with a steady net income of around €2,300/month from my tech job and DUO benefits, with plans to transition to full-time soon (which means very probable big increase in total income). I am seeking a home for 12 months or longer, and while my ideal move-in window is between July and September 1st when my current contract ends.
