Hoi! Ik ben Ulrike, 34 jaar, en woon inmiddels 13 jaar in Groningen. Ik werk als psycholoog en kom oorspronkelijk uit Duitsland. Momenteel ben ik (vanwege een relatiebreuk) op zoek naar een tijdelijke studio of woonruimte, terwijl ik rustig op zoek ga naar een eigen woning. Ik ben een rustige, nette en betrouwbare huurder. In mijn vrije tijd houd ik van sporten, lezen en afspreken met vrienden. Ik ga zorgvuldig met een woning om en zoek een fijne, rustige plek om tijdelijk thuis te kunnen zijn. Beste meneer/mevrouw, Wij zijn Tjerk (22) en Kaj (22), al ruim 10 jaar goede vrienden en momenteel allebei student in Groningen. We zijn op zoek naar een woning waar we samen kunnen wonen en een fijne, rustige thuisbasis van kunnen maken. Hoewel we nog studeren, hebben we allebei ruime ervaring met zelfstandig wonen en het verantwoordelijk omgaan met een woning. Tjerk woont inmiddels ruim anderhalf jaar op zichzelf en heeft daarnaast een half jaar in Zwitserland gewoond. Kaj heeft een half jaar in Bangkok gewoond en heeft daarnaast meerdere keren voor langere periodes op het huis van familie gepast. Ook hebben we samen en afzonderlijk ervaring met het huren van accommodaties, waaronder een vakantiehuis in het buitenland, een camper en tweemaal een huurboot. In al deze situaties hebben we onze accommodaties netjes en met zorg achtergelaten en hier ook positieve reacties op gekregen. Ook financieel hebben we onze zaken goed op orde. Tjerk richt zich momenteel volledig op zijn master Economie aan de Rijksuniversiteit Groningen en heeft de afgelopen jaren een financiële buffer opgebouwd. Kaj werkt inmiddels ruim vijf jaar structureel naast zijn studie. Hierdoor zijn we goed in staat om onze maandelijkse huurverplichtingen te voldoen. In onze vrije tijd zijn we allebei grote sportliefhebbers en volgen we sport op de voet. Daarnaast trappen we zo nu en dan ook nog een balletje bij onze lokale voetbalverenigingen. We zijn sociaal en actief, maar vinden het ook belangrijk om een woning netjes te onderhouden en er zorgvuldig mee om te gaan. Beste verhuurder, Momenteel woon ik in Utrecht maar aangezien de woning waar ik woon verkocht gaat worden, ben ik op zoek naar nieuwe (tijdelijke) woonruimte.
