Dear Sir or Madam, I am a Dutch national who has recently from the UK, where I have been living and working for several years. I have recently started a fixed-term position at ESA/ESTEC in Noordwijk, with a gross annual salary of €52.000 (€4.333 per month), and I am looking for housing to cover the duration of my contract, which runs until mid-February 2027. In the first instance I am looking for a rental that covers this period, as that is the commitment I can guarantee at this stage. That said, I am fully relocating back to the Netherlands with the intention of settling here permanently. Well ahead of my contract ending I will be actively pursuing a permanent role in the area, and with that will be looking to move into longer-term housing, so there is every chance of continuity beyond the initial period. I am a responsible and tidy tenant, currently staying with family in Waddinxveen while I search for suitable housing closer to work. I do not have pets and do not smoke. Hoi! Ik ben Ishara, 22 jaar oud, en momenteel bezig met afstuderen in Toegepaste Psychologie. Vanaf september start ik aan een nieuwe bachelor Psychologie aan de Radboud University. Sinds mijn 18e woon ik al op kamers in Nijmegen en inmiddels heb ik hier echt mijn eigen leven opgebouwd. Op dit moment woon ik in een studentenhuis met een vrij zelfstandige kamer (eigen keuken en ongeveer 30m²), maar ik merk dat ik nu toe ben aan een volgende stap: een eigen studio of appartement waar ik wat meer rust en mijn eigen ritme kan hebben. Ik ben erg zelfstandig, rustig en netjes. Ik hou van een schoon huis en ben eerlijk gezegd een beetje een stress-schoonmaker, er gaat dus wekelijks wel een doekje over alles heen en de stofzuiger wordt regelmatig gebruikt 😄. Ik ga niet vaak uit, organiseer geen feestjes en ga respectvol om met mijn woonomgeving. Natuurlijk heb ik soms vrienden of familie over de vloer, maar verder leef ik vrij rustig. In mijn vrije tijd hou ik van lezen, spelletjes spelen, samen eten met vrienden en gewoon gezelligheid opzoeken. Ik zoek vooral een fijne plek waar ik me thuis kan voelen. Omdat ik volledig op mezelf ga wonen, vind ik het ook belangrijk om goed en open contact te hebben met een huisbaas/verhuurder en duidelijke communicatie te hebben met elkaar. Ik hoop een fijne, rustige plek in Nijmegen te vinden waar ik voor langere tijd met plezier kan wonen!
