Hi! Ik ben Diane, 20 jaar oud, en volgend jaar begin ik met de bachelor Geschiedenis aan de Rijksuniversiteit Groningen (RUG). Voor mijn studie ben ik op zoek naar een rustige en prettige woonruimte in Groningen waar ik mij goed kan concentreren op mijn studie en werk, en waar ik mij echt thuis kan voelen. Ik ben een nette, verantwoordelijke en betrouwbare huurder. Ik vind het belangrijk om in een schone en rustige omgeving te wonen en draag daar zelf ook actief aan bij. Ik ga zorgvuldig om met mijn woonruimte. In mijn vrije tijd houd ik van muziek luisteren, hardlopen en lezen. Ik vind het prettig om een rustige thuisbasis te hebben, maar vind het ook leuk om af en toe tijd door te brengen met vrienden. Ik ben serieus op zoek naar een woning voor de langere termijn en zou graag een stabiele en fijne woonplek vinden tijdens mijn studietijd in Groningen.

Mijn naam is Floris. Momenteel ben ik op zoek naar een fijne studio, woning of kamer waar ik me echt thuis kan voelen. Vanaf september begin ik aan de bachelor Geschiedenis aan de universiteit. Dat is een nieuwe stap waar ik ontzettend naar uitkijk, en daarom hoop ik een prettige plek te vinden om deze periode van mijn leven te starten. Ik ben een rustig, sociaal en verantwoordelijk persoon. Ik houd mijn woonruimte graag netjes en vind het belangrijk om rekening te houden met de mensen om me heen. Een fijne en respectvolle woonomgeving betekent veel voor mij. In mijn vrije tijd ben ik vaak te vinden op het voetbalveld of in de sportschool. Daarnaast luister ik graag naar muziek (uiteraard met een koptelefoon) en bezoek ik regelmatig een filmhuis. Ik geniet van een rustige en gezellige sfeer en ben geen feestganger. Ik hoop dat u mij de kans wilt geven om kennis te maken. Het zou voor mij heel bijzonder zijn om van deze studio of woning mijn nieuwe thuis te mogen maken. Hello, I'm Emilio. I’m 22 years old and will be 23 in May 2026. I was born and raised in Napa, California but have lived in Denver, Colorado for the past 2 years. I have three citizenships, American, Italian and Canadian. I speak English and some Italian, but no Dutch (yet!). I plan on settling into my new home in Amsterdam in June 2026, and will work part-time after getting settled in. I’m willing to rent sooner for the right home to avoid housing chaos. I do have savings and allocate my financial resources responsibly. I enjoy playing video games such as Cities: Skylines, and going to many EDM shows. I’m social but not a big partier. I love travelling and have visited my family in Italy since I was 6 months old. I’m very passionate about non-car centric city planning, which is why I’m going to Amsterdam to study it since I believe they have the best cities in the world. I hope to take that knowledge of the Netherlands and bring it back to the USA to help improve our car-centric cities here. I’m pursuing a Bachelor’s at University of Amsterdam to study Human Geography and Planning, eventually gaining a Masters in a related field. In terms of housing, my preference would be in Amsterdam within a reasonable commute to the Roeterseiland campus, but understand I may need to look further out.
