I'm Sergio, a 20-year-old (turning 21 in November) Italian student currently living near Geneva, Switzerland. This September I'll be starting a Master's in Experimental Physics in Utrecht, after finishing my Bachelor's in Geneva. I've grown up in an international environment and I'm really looking forward to being part of Utrecht's diverse student community. For the past three years I've shared university apartments with three housemates, so I'm well used to communal living — I'm clean, respectful of shared spaces, and quiet. I'm a sociable person who enjoys a good hangout, but I equally value my quiet time. I speak Italian, French, and English fluently, and I'm excited to start learning Dutch. Outside of studies, I love sports — especially team or racquet sports — and spending time outdoors, particularly hiking in the Alps near Geneva. I won't be able to visit in person before September, but I'm able to start renting immediately if needed. Financially, I'm fully supported by my parents until I find part-time work.
