My name is Viktoriia, I'm 21 years old and I will be coming to the Netherlands for my Erasmus studies, starting from September 1st, 2026. Financial situation:  I will be receiving an unconditional Erasmus grant of €920 a month for the whole semester. As well as that, I have savings from my current job that are sufficient to cover rent. My guarrantors are living abroad and have a full-time employment and a stable job and can show their proof of employment. 
 Qualities: I am a very clean and tidy person that is used to live in a shared spaces. For 2 years of my studies I've lived in student dormitories and respect the personal space of other possible tenants. As well as that, I am very good in keeping my own personal space tidy, not having troubles with cleaning schedules and agreeing on shared rules of rental. I am all for avoiding conflict situations that may arise in shared living and finding compromises before the escalation. I treat everyone with respect and believe that compromises are a key to a comfortable relationships between tenants, as we are all interested in peacefull living with no conflicts. Als student Biologie ben ik veel met de natuur bezig. Het is dan ook geen verrassing dat mijn kamer vol staat met planten. Wanneer ik niet buiten te vinden ben, kruip ik graag met een goed boek op de bank of kijk ik een goeie serie. Daarnaast houd ik van gezelligheid. Een spelletje spelen met een drankje erbij klinkt voor mij als een goeie avond. Ook kook ik graag, het liefst voor anderen. Na het koken zorg ik er natuurlijk voor dat de keuken weer netjes is; ik vind het fijn om het huis schoon en opgeruimd te houden. Op dit moment woon ik in Zwolle, maar omdat ik minder vaak naar school hoef en daar steeds minder binding heb, zou ik graag terugverhuizen naar het vertrouwde Leeuwarden, de stad waar ik ben opgegroeid.
