Additionally, I have a valid Austrian residence permit until March 2027.  My Netherlands residence permit will initially be valid for one year.  I am available to move in between January 15-20, 2025.

hoi, ik ben Berk en ik ben op zoek naar een woning in Utrecht en omgeving. Ik ga komend jaar studeren in Utrecht, en daarnaast wil ik daar graag in de horeca gaan werken. Ik ben op zoek naar een kamer met, in het geval van huisgenoten, een goede sfeer, onderling contact zodat we in ieder geval weten wie er nog meer in huis woont, maar ook met respect voor elkaars privacy en ruimte om je eigen ding te kunnen doen.
