My name is Léane, and I am 23 years old. I am currently living in Heidelberg, Germany, and I will be starting my Physiotherapy studies at THIM in Nieuwegein, on August 31st. As I will be moving to the Netherlands for my studies, I am currently looking for suitable accommodation. I am a responsible, tidy, and motivated student looking for a comfortable place to live during my studies. My preferred move-in date is August, but I am also flexible and can move in as early as July if the accommodation is available.

Al een aantal jaar huur ik een studentenkamer, en ik zoek nu een wat grotere ruimte. Omdat Utrecht zo’n fijne stad is, zou ik hier graag blijven wonen.  Ik houd mijn woning altijd rustig en schoon, rook niet en heb geen huisdieren. In mijn vrije tijd ga ik graag een rondje fietsen of een boek lezen in de zon. Zowel een zelfstandige woning als een met huisgenoten lijken me leuk, ik ben vooral op zoek naar een mooie locatie. Indien gewenst kan ik een referentie van mijn huidige verhuurder aanleveren. Daarnaast heb ik een stabiel inkomen, met een intentieverklaring voor een vast contract.  Graag kom ik binnenkort langs voor een bezichtiging en kennismaking!
