Hi, my name is Jonas and I am from Germany. I will be moving to Rotterdam to study at Erasmus University Rotterdam, where I will start my Pre-Master in Media & Business at the Erasmus School of History, Culture and Communication. After that, I plan to continue with the Master’s programme, so I am looking for a nice place to stay in Rotterdam. I am a calm, tidy and reliable person and I would treat the room or apartment with care and respect. I enjoy a good balance between studying, working and social life. In my free time, I like doing sports, going for walks, meeting friends, exploring nice cafés and bars, and discovering new places in the city. I am flexible regarding the rental period. Ideally, I would like to stay longer, but anything from around 3 months up to 2 years would work for me. I am also flexible with the move-in date and could move in soon if needed. Financially, my rent will be secured through my own savings and family support. I also plan to work as a student in Rotterdam and may receive student funding as well. Since I am currently still living in Germany, I am flexible regarding viewings. I can come to Rotterdam for an in-person viewing by appointment, but photos would also be sufficient for me if preferred. A video call would also be possible if convenient. I would be very happy to find a clean, friendly and respectful place to live during my studies in Rotterdam.

Ik ben een nette en geordende persoon, een rommelig of vies huis geeft mij eerlijk gezegd stress, dus je hoeft je daar geen zorgen over te maken. Financieel ben ik stabiel: ik word ondersteund door mijn ouders en werk daarnaast remote voor mijn vorige universiteit. In mijn vrije tijd sport ik graag, gym, fietsen, zeilen, en ik kook regelmatig voor vrienden. Doordeweeks ben ik meestal rustig thuis, maar in het weekend ga ik graag uit of spreek ik af met mensen. Ik ben sociaal en hou ervan nieuwe mensen te leren kennen, maar ik respecteer ook ieders behoefte aan rust en privacy. De Netherlands trekken me al jaren, ik kom hier al regelmatig sinds mijn zeventiende en heb altijd gewild hier te wonen. De leefstijl, de steden, de mensen: het voelt gewoon goed.
