At this time, We are looking for a new home to stay for a long period in Amsterdam. We need an address that can allow us to be registered at the municipality (gemeente) with both our BSN. Ideally, we would prefer a simple apartment (with 40 m² at minimum). With it's rent price ranging between 1500 - 2000 € per month. Willing to move in September (max 15th of October). We are a calm, easygoing couple who like to protect their own environment with organization and peace. Loyal to our duties and responsibilities. We both work in horeca sector. David is currently working in a 5 star hotel (Pestana Riverside Hotel). And Diana in Local Coffee Restaurant, at the heart of the city. Both with fix term contract. Al een aantal jaar huur ik een studentenkamer, en ik zoek nu een wat grotere ruimte. Omdat Utrecht zo’n fijne stad is, zou ik hier graag blijven wonen.  Ik houd mijn woning altijd rustig en schoon, rook niet en heb geen huisdieren. In mijn vrije tijd ga ik graag een rondje fietsen of een boek lezen in de zon. Zowel een zelfstandige woning als een met huisgenoten lijken me leuk, ik ben vooral op zoek naar een mooie locatie. Indien gewenst kan ik een referentie van mijn huidige verhuurder aanleveren. Daarnaast heb ik een stabiel inkomen, met een intentieverklaring voor een vast contract.  Graag kom ik binnenkort langs voor een bezichtiging en kennismaking!

Hi! I'm Jorge, 33 years old, originally from Spain and recently moved to the Netherlands for work. I'm quite calm and easy-going. At first I'm usually a bit quiet, but once I get to know people I really enjoy having a good relationship with my roommates, sharing a chat or doing something together from time to time. At the same time, I think everyone should have their own space and privacy. I've been living independently in Madrid since 2017 and have shared a home with several different people over the years. Lyly was my longest-term housemate, as we lived together for almost nine years, and she and Irma, one of my first housemates, became very close friends and eventually like sisters to me. Over the years, I've also shared the home with my close friend Adri for a while, which was a good reminder that living with a friend is not quite the same as just hanging out with one. I've also lived with Marina, with whom I had a friendly and respectful relationship as housemates, and later with Lyly's partner Edu, who became a very close friend through living together. So I've experienced quite different kinds of shared living, with people I was already close to as well as people I got to know through sharing a home, and I'm comfortable adapting to different personalities and dynamics. Outside work I enjoy history, nature, travelling, reading and trying new things, especially sports. I'm a tidy person (without being obsessed about it) and I like a home where everyone feels comfortable and respects each other. I was very lucky with my previous housemates in Madrid, so I'm hoping to find a similar atmosphere here. For me, a house is much more than just a place to sleep.
