Hallo! Ik ben Ivash, een 19-jarige student en ik ga dit jaar beginnen met de studie Industrial Design Engineering aan de Universiteit Twente. Ik ga regelmatig naar de sportschool en ben altijd in voor sportieve activiteiten. Daarom ga ik natuurlijk zodra ik kan bij een sportvereniging aansluiten. Daarnaast ben ik gek op (bord)spellen en zeg ik nooit nee tegen een gezellige avond samen. Momenteel heb ik een tussenjaar en werk ik als ober in een lunchroom. Daar vind ik het superleuk om met collega’s en klanten te praten en nieuwe mensen te leren kennen. Verder kook ik wekelijks voor mijn familie, dus ik ben goed voorbereid om voor mijn huisgenoten iets lekkers op tafel te zetten. Hallo allemaal, Graag stel ik me even voor. Mijn naam is Damian, 18 jaar en ik kom uit Arnhem. Ik begin in september met Technische Natuurkunde. Die studie past goed bij mij, vanwege de kleinschalige groep en het Nederlandstalige onderwijs. Ook vanwege de locatie en rustige omgeving is dit voor mij de beste keuze. Dat samenwonen in een studentenhuis gaat zeker goed komen. Ik ben een gezellige en relaxte jongen die altijd graag een handje wil helpen. Ik hou van koken, muziek luisteren en maken, kaart- en bordspelletjes en gamen met anderen. Ik zoek een goede afwisseling tussen gezamenlijke activiteiten met m’n huisgenoten, maar ook rust en ruimte voor mezelf en mijn studie. Mijn grootste hobby is zeilen (in een zwaardboot). In de zomer ben ik zeilinstructeur op het Zuidlaar-dermeer. Verder ben ik actief bij de Scouting. Buiten zijn, vuurtje stoken, pizza bakken in een zelfgemaakte buitenoven. Ik draai 1 of 2 keer in de maand mee als welpenleiding. En last but not least, speel ik een klassiek houtblaasinstrument, nl. hobo. Daarmee wil ik in een van de studenten-orkesten gaan spelen. Afgelopen jaar heb ik een tussenjaar genomen. Ik heb flink wat uren gewerkt bij de Plus, ben voorzitter geweest van het AIO (Arnhems Interscholair Orkest) en heb ervaring opgedaan als welpenleider bij de Scouting. Heerlijk om een heel jaar geen druk van school te hebben, maar nu ben ik wel écht toe aan studeren, vrienden maken en veel lol hebben op mijn eigen plek! Groeten, Damian
