Ik ben een rustige, nette en verantwoordelijke studente. Ik rook niet, drink geen alcohol en gebruik geen drugs. Ik organiseer geen feestjes en maak geen geluidsoverlast. Ik ga zorgvuldig om met de woning, meubels en alle voorzieningen, en respecteer altijd de huisregels en mijn buren. Mijn huur en levensonderhoud worden volledig financieel ondersteund door mijn familie. Ik kan een Financial Guarantee (bewijs van financiële ondersteuning) overleggen, zodat u de zekerheid heeft dat de huur altijd op tijd wordt betaald. Daarnaast kan ik ook mijn toelatingsbrief (Admission Letter) van ArtEZ University of the Arts, een kopie van mijn paspoort en andere benodigde documenten verstrekken.
