Hey everyone! I'm Sara, a 20 year old from Spain and Canada, but with a Dutch surname from my grandparents. I'm first year in Earth Sciences at TU Delft. I'm looking for a house or room in a flat with other students who are fun, sociable, athletic, and eager to learn (in no particular order). I'd love to join you for these and other activities. I'm on the Punch basketball team now and really hope to join more groups once I'm settled in. I would love to be part of your house and I think I'll feel right at home. I'm a good student, sociable, don't smoke, love to organize things for everyone, enjoy playing board games, watching TV shows, traveling, learning languages and just meeting new people. I've lived in Spain, Canada, Saudi Arabia and Kazakhstan. I speak English, Spanish and Russian and want to learn more. I'm looking forward to cooking with a group, sharing Spanish recipes from my mom, or making a campfire somewhere and cooking hotdogs and smores! Ik kijk ernaar uit om met een groep te koken, Spaanse recepten van mijn moeder te delen, of ergens een kampvuur te maken en hotdogs en s'mores te roosteren! I’m a Master’s student at TU Delft with a full scholarship, who also works part time as an Engineer remotely. I live with my partner, who is a PhD Employee in TU Delft starting November 2025 (meaning we have stable income). My partner has lived in the NL since 2023 for his Master’s degree in TU Delft, and I joined him near the end of 2025. Our current housing only lasts until March 2026 due to renovation purposes. We are a clean, organised, and quiet couple, and hope to be able to relocate to a housing with longterm contract.
