My name is Éllen, and I am a PhD student in Botany at the University of São Paulo, Brazil. From October 2026 to March 2027 (6 months), I will be participating in a research exchange program at the Naturalis Biodiversity Center in Leiden. I am a quiet, organized, considerate, respectful, and responsible person, and I like to keep the home clean. I do not smoke and do not have pets. I have experience with shared housing and always respect house rules, privacy, and common areas. I am looking for a private room—preferably furnished—in a quiet shared house or apartment; I am open to living with either students or professionals. My budget is up to €700 per month, including utilities (water, electricity, etc.). I have the funds available for the initial rent payments and the security deposit. I can provide a visa, proof of income for the entire duration of my stay, an acceptance letter from the institution, and a reference letter from a previous landlord. I am also looking for a place where I can register my address to obtain a BSN. Before signing the lease, we can chat via WhatsApp, and since I am only arriving on October 10th, my supervisor at Naturalis can visit the property on my behalf.

Ik ben een enthousiaste meid van 17 jaar die klaar is voor nieuwe avonturen.
