Mijn naam is Anemoon, 23 jaar, 3e jaars student Verpleegkunde HBO. Ik woon al 4 jaar in Groningen, maar ben momenteel opzoek naar iets voor mezelf.

Ik ben verpleegkundige, docent en onderzoeker op de HAN University en in het CWZ ziekenhuis in Nijmegen. Ik heb recent een relatie moeten beëindigen en ik kan niet in de koopwoning blijven wonen. Ik moet binnenkort de woning verlaten en daarom ben ik dringend op zoek naar een nieuwe woonruimte in Nijmegen en omgeving. Om deze reden kan ik vrijwel per direct verhuizen naar een nieuwe woning. Ik zoek een woning voor 1 persoon. Heb geen huisdieren en ben geen roker.

Beste verhuurders, Ik ben een rustige en betrouwbare huurder met een fulltime baan in de zorg en een wekelijkse opleiding. In mijn vrije tijd breng ik graag tijd door met vrienden of lees ik een goed boek thuis. Ik rook niet en zorg altijd dat de huur op tijd wordt betaald. Als huurder vind ik het belangrijk om een opgeruimd en net huis te hebben en ik ben dan ook altijd bereid om hieraan bij te dragen. Ik vind het leuk om te koken en zal mijn keuken dan ook met zorg behandelen. U kunt erop rekenen dat ik makkelijk in de omgang ben en aan alle eisen zal voldoen. Hey, my name is Kerrin, I´m 24 and a soon to be Master´s student from Germany looking for a place to live in Leiden or close by that ideally comes with nice people to live with and will hopefully feel like a home for the next few years. I´m currently finishing my Bachelor´s of molecular medicine in Tübingen, Germany, and will specialize in Biology and Science Communication in the future. Being interested in communication also means that I put great emphasis on a well-functioning communication in a shared flat and with people in general. It is very important to me that everyone´s needs can be talked about and are respected (including e.g. clean common spaces, quiet times, consideration of stressfull times, etc.). I´ve lived in two different shared flats and a student residence so far and loved the feeling of community and activities like cooking together, trips, or board game nights. I´m not much of a party person but will always be happy to join you for a cup of coffee or a walk on the beach. My friends describe me as empathetic, determined, well-organized, and funny and in my free time I like to be creative, spend time outside or cooking, meeting friends over a coffee, or learn a new language. Besides English and German, I´ve had fun learning Swedish and am currently getting into Spanish and Dutch. It would be great to have flatmates who could see themselves contributing to my Dutch too. Pearks of living with me would include that I can take very good care of your plants while you´re away and that I have lots of great recipes from my time working at the bakery of my favorite café.
