I'm working as a design engineer myself and will be working from home. We're a very quiet couple and we don't party nor drink and will be heavily focused on work and school respectively. We are ready to sign the lease and begin payments immediately. Our planned physical move-in date would be August 1st, 2026, as we are relocating to Groningen. Hi, I’m Thanos. I’m a PhD student with a background in architecture, and I will be moving to Eindhoven for an internship. I’m looking for a furnished room in Eindhoven, preferably for a temporary stay from mid-June until mid-October, but I can be a bit flexible. I’m tidy, respectful, and used to living with other people. I like a home that feels calm and clean, but also friendly and social. I would describe myself as easy-going, curious and independent. I enjoy spending time with housemates, cooking or eating together (you have to try my Greek food recipes), having a drink or a relaxed evening at home, and having interesting conversations, but I also have my own routine and really respect everyone’s personal space. In my free time I enjoy art, design, films, travelling, hiking, cycling, and being active outdoors. I'm originally from Germany, studied and worked in Design in Weimar, and I'm someone who genuinely loves shared living. I've lived in shared apartments for 5 years, so I know what makes it work: mutual respect, clear boundaries, being there for each other, and keeping shared spaces clean and comfortable. Living together well is something I take seriously – and enjoy. Outside of studies I love cycling, hiking, sitting in cafés, and exploring new places. I'm looking forward to building a real home, not just a temporary stay. What I bring along: a great vinyl/CD collection, useful household appliances, and furniture for shared spaces if needed.
