My name is Chloë, I’m a 25 year old South African and I’m busy with my master's degree in Food Technology at Wageningen University. I am a bubbly, happy, fun, and warm person. I’m a social butterfly and mostly love to be around other people. I grew up with three siblings, went to boarding school, and lived in a student house throughout my undergraduate, so I am used to and absolutely love the company of others. Having said that, those things also make you enjoy your own space; reading a book, doing some exercise, watching a movie or a series. I love to get out of the house and do things. If you want company for mundane errands like grocery shopping, I’m there for it. I’m a tidy person. I have lived in shared housing/spaces my whole life and understand how it works and what is expected of me as a roommate. I clean up after myself and just generally enjoy a clean space, especially if it’s shared. I consider myself an active and adventurous person. I love to hike, run, ride my bike, travel, explore, go to the beach, etc. I love animals, all and every single one! My passion, however, is cooking and food. I love food, and I love to cook. For myself, yes, but mostly for my friends and family. I believe that food brings people together. There’s nothing I love more than to sit around a table with good company and eat amazing food.
