Hello, I am Ivo, an almost 19 year-old Bulgarian, a future student of Computer Science in TU/e, who is looking for a long-term accommodation (a room/studio/apartment which to share with housemates) in Eindhoven area. I am almost 19 years old, responsible, clean, tidy, communicative person, a non-smoker, who has recently graduated from one of the top-ranked high-schools in Bulgaria. My hobbies are sports (especially fitness and football) and healthy lifestyle, movies, cars and hi-tech devices and everything related to their functioning and repair. I like to socialize and build lasting friendly relationships while respecting other people's boundaries. My rent will be paid by my parents as guarantors with ample funds and proven 3-year Dutch rental history paying for my sister's rent in the Netherlands. I would appreciate an online viewing, however, an in-person visit on my behalf can be done by my sister who lives in Tilburg, or if preferred, I could also fly in personally for a face-to-face meeting. I am flexible with the move-in date but it should be in August 2026, at the latest. For more information do not hesitate to contact me.

, I’m 20 years old and originally from Czech Republic. I moved to the Netherlands about a year ago, and before that I have moved places in Czech Republic. I grew up with a sibling, so I know what it is like to share space with other people, and I have also went on exchanges, where I had to get used to being with different cultures. I moved to Netherlands to study psychology at the University of Amsterdam. I will be going into the second year, and my student housing is ending so that’s why I’m looking for a new one. So a little about me: I’m a non-smoker, I love meeting new people, and I’m a social butterfly. I’m respectful in shared places, personal privacy is an important element for me, but I would also love to spend time with my roommates and enjoy movie nights or such. I’m well aware and comfortable with housework, cooking and always keeping things tidy ( I don’t enjoy a messy apartment). I always welcome having open conversations, and I think the most important thing to have in a shared space is a good relationship with your roommates. I have a deep passion for reading (especially contemporary romance), aswell as dancing and coloring. I also enjoy spending time with my close friends and exploring new places that could become our favorite. I’m a very positivity oriented person, so I prefer to look at the good things in life My planned stay is for a year, atleast, if it would be possible.

Hello, I am a 28-year-old Spanish-Peruvian psychologist (EU/EEA). I am a responsible, kind and calm person. I am very organized and clean as well, and I take pride in taking care of the spaces I live in. I am moving to the Netherlands to study my Masters in Behavioural Science at the University of Groningen, which I am really excited about. The Masters duration is two years, so I am looking for a long-term rental of at least a year. I have an indefinite full-time contract as a Marketing Analyst for Roundtable.org by The 92nd Street Y, New York. This is a renowned cultural institution that I have been a part of for the last three years, where I analyze data and communications in order to sell e-education classes on broad topics. While I live in Groningen, I will continue to work, and that has already been cleared with my employer. I am also receiving help from my family for this move. Bel

Hey there! My name is Patrick van Dijk. I am Dutch-Australian, raised on the Gold Coast in Australia with my parents and two sisters in a household where languages, conversation, and curiosity were just part of daily life. Growing up, watching F.R.I.E.N.D.S and Gilmore Girls almost felt like a kind of religious ritual in our house, and Friday nights were often spent having long, slightly too deep conversations about religion, philosophy, or politics (despite none of us really knowing that much about any of these things). It was a home that was warm, talkative, and very full of ideas, but also clean, structured, and responsible. My dad used to vacuum at 7am on Saturdays, which I definitely found irritating as a kid, but it also instilled in me a strong respect for tidy spaces and the idea that household responsibilities are just part of life, even if I personally prefer pushing the vacuuming to a more reasonable Saturday afternoon. I am moving to Leiden in 2026 to begin my Master’s in International Relations at Leiden University, after completing my BA in History and German at the University of Queensland. I speak English natively, German after three years of university study, Dutch at a conversational to semi-fluent level (and I am very motivated to become fully fluent during my time in Leiden), and a little Spanish from a year of study. I genuinely love languages and what they open up socially and culturally, so I am always excited to meet housemates from different backgrounds, learn new words, and understand how other people see the world. During my undergraduate years, I lived in a residential student complex of around 600 students and worked as a Residential Advisor. That experience taught me how to navigate busy shared living environments, support others when needed, and maintain a calm, respectful, and functional community. It also taught me how important it is to lead by example in small, everyday ways such as keeping shared spaces clean, being considerate of others’ routines, and contributing to a positive atmosphere. In a house, I am very social and genuinely enjoy being part of a shared rhythm of life. I like kitchen conversations that turn into long discussions, shared dinners, and spontaneous moments where people actually connect rather than just pass each other. I will absolutely send you stupid reels I find funny, and I am someone who naturally asks questions about people’s lives, families, interests, and goals for the future. I enjoy getting to know people properly, not just at surface level. At the same time, I am very steady and reliable in how I live. I am someone who is perpetually early, sometimes to a fault, and I tend to get deeply focused on what I am doing, often hyperfixating on study or projects. I also have ADHD and some ongoing chronic health issues, which has made me very intentional about pacing myself, building routines, and maintaining balance in how I live day to day to avoid burnout. Because of this, I am quite structured in practice even if I am naturally energetic and curious. What sums me up best is that my ideal Sunday morning is waking up between 7 and 8, making a big breakfast (perhaps poached eggs, spinach, fried mushrooms and sourdough) and slowly easing into the day around the kitchen table. There would usually be reading, news, and conversation if housemates are around. Later I would take a train somewhere new, visit a museum or gallery, have lunch in a café, and spend time journaling or reading. I would bring my camera and spend a few hours wandering and taking photos of everyday life, then ideally end the day watching the sunset somewhere with a glass of wine, before heading home for a cosy dinner and a film, and being in bed by around 10, ready for the week ahead. What I am looking for is a house that feels alive but also grounded. A place where people share moments in the kitchen, respect each other’s space, and take both fun and responsibility seriously in their own way. I am very comfortable in shared living environments and genuinely enjoy contributing to a household both socially and practically, whether that is cooking, cleaning, or simply being an engaged and present housemate.

Dear landlord / letting agency, My name is Inhye Lee, and I am writing because I am very interested in this apartment. Starting this September, I will be moving to Groningen to study interRelational Art Practice at the Frank Mohr Institute, the master's program of Minerva Art Academy. I am a 35-year-old woman, and I am currently based mainly in Seoul, South Korea. [Financial situation] As I am applying as a student, I imagine you may be wondering how I will cover my living costs, so I would like to address this directly. During my two years of study, I will be supported financially by my family. I want to make clear that paying rent will not be a financial difficulty for me. As a Korean national, my family members residing in Korea are also able to act as financial guarantors. [Living habits and housing experience] Above all, I value cleanliness and a quiet environment. I lived in a boarding school from my high school years, and afterward, during university and my working life, I lived in various one-room apartments and other types of housing around Seoul. Throughout this time — whether living with others or living alone — I came to understand how important it is to maintain a clean living space, and I have always taken care to keep the spaces I live in clean and treated with respect. My hobby is taking walks, reading books and as I have a quiet personality, I do not make noise at home or engage in behavior that could disturb my neighbors. Thank you. Warm regards, Inhye
