Hoi! Mijn naam is Maryza en ik ben fulltime werkzaam als gedragswetenschapper binnen de jeugdzorg. In mijn werk vind ik het belangrijk om betrokken, sociaal en verantwoordelijk te zijn, eigenschappen die ook terugkomen in hoe ik woon en leef. Ik woon momenteel in een studio in het centrum Nijmegen en ben op zoek naar een nieuwe plek waar ik mij echt thuis kan voelen. In mijn vrije tijd ben ik graag actief bezig; ik hou van reizen, sporten en tijd doorbrengen met vrienden en familie. Tegelijkertijd waardeer ik rust, een fijne woonomgeving en een nette leefruimte. Ik ben een rustige en betrouwbare huurder die zorgvuldig met een woning omgaat en op zoek is naar een prettige plek voor de langere termijn. Ik heb een stabiel inkomen, rook niet en heb geen huisdieren.

Van nature ben ik een rustige meid, soms in het begin wat verlegen, maar ik kruip al snel uit mijn schulp. Sociaal contact is zeker belangrijk voor mij, en maak ik altijd ruimte voor leuke activiteiten met vrienden en vriendinnen. Ik houd in mijn vrije tijd van lezen, schrijven (van fictie), bakken/koken en natuurlijk een terrasje! Een avondje bioscoop of thuis Netflixen vind ik ook nooit verkeerd.  Het lijkt mij straks leuk om naast mijn studie bij een tennisvereniging te gaan, en ik heb de intentie om mij toe te voegen bij de studievereniging van verloskunde.

Ik ben erg gemotiveerd om een kamer te vinden in Utrecht of omstreken, want vanuit Alkmaar is het 2 uur reizen naar de campus van de UU. Vanaf september ga ik natuur- en sterrenkunde studeren, en heel misschien de dubbele bachelor natuurkunde en wiskunde. Maar ik denk het niet want ik wil tijd over houden om veel te schaken, en op een studentensportvereniging (roeien denk ik) te gaan. Met schaken ben ik in 2025 Nederlands Jeugdkampioen geworden, en mijn doel is en blijft beter worden. Andere hobby's waar ik tijd voor hoop over te houden zijn pianospelen, zeilen, series kijken, lezen en theedrinken. Waarom ik op kamers wil, is naast dat het minder reistijd is, vooral omdat het me fantastisch lijkt om te wonen met mijn vrienden. Spelletjesavonden, samen eten, goede gesprekken en misschien zo nu en dan een uitje is wat ik hoop te vinden bij de kamer. Maar ik ben ook prima in staat de gezelligheid elders te vinden, bij de roeivereniging of schaakvrienden in Utrecht, en rustig te werken op m'n kamer. En: sowieso zal mijn kamer opgeruimd zijn :) Mijn ouders hebben vaste banen en staan garant voor de huur. Die zal dus hoe dan ook betaald worden!
