Hallo! Bij deze zal ik kort wat over mezelf vertellen en waarom ik (met lichte spoed) een kamer zoek: Ik ben dit jaar toegelaten in mijn droomstudie (ZGS)! Ik heb de afgelopen twee jaar in de tussentijd in Groningen gestudeerd en in een appartement daar op kamers gewoond. Van Groningen naar het campus in Utrecht reizen elke dag is helaas echt niet te doen (+2,5u enkele reis). Daarom zoek ik met lichte spoed een kamer/appartement/studio voor aankomend studiejaar (en evt langer). Ik heb nu 2 jaar in een appartement gewoond, exclusief, waarbij ik dus alle verantwoordelijkheden ken. Ik heb met mijn huidige verhuurder altijd fijn en voorspoedig contact gehad. Mijn ouders staan ook volledig garant voor de financiering. Hierdoor is huur (en andere kosten) betalen voor mij geen probleem. Ik ben zelf een verantwoordelijke en vrolijke student. Ik ben vooral gericht op sporten (paardrijden, hardlopen, sportschool), studie (zorg, gezondheid, samenleving), en mijn vrienden. Ik hoop enorm een fijn plekje te vinden voordat de introductie weken beginnen, zodat ik niet het begin van het jaar hoef te missen. Als ik evt in aanmerking zou komen voor een woning hoor ik dit graag! Ik heb alle behorende documenten al in een pdf klaar staan, en stuur die dan door.

Hi, my name is Paul and I'm moving to the Netherlands to pursue my Master's in Design for Interaction at TU Delft – a dream I've been working towards for a long time. I'm originally from Germany, studied and worked in Design in Weimar, and I'm someone who genuinely loves shared living. I've lived in shared apartments for 5 years, so I know what makes it work: mutual respect, clear boundaries, being there for each other, and keeping shared spaces clean and comfortable. Living together well is something I take seriously – and enjoy. Outside of studies I love cycling, hiking, sitting in cafés, and exploring new places. I'm looking forward to building a real home, not just a temporary stay. What I bring along: a great vinyl/CD collection, useful household appliances, and furniture for shared spaces if needed. Financieel sta ik er goed voor: ik heb spaargeld en ga naast mijn studie parttime werken, dus de huur wordt altijd op tijd betaald. My dogs are Shetland Sheepdogs (medium-sized), both under 10 kg. I am a professional dog groomer and dog trainer, and my dogs are very well-trained. They do not chew furniture or damage the property. After walks, I always clean them properly before bringing them inside. I’ll wash them every two weeks to keep them clean. Once my freelance visa is approved, I will be working as a groomer five days a week. I plan to work at a salon where I can bring my dogs with me, so they will not be left alone at home. I do not smoke and I do not drink alcohol. I am a responsible and reliable tenant. I lived in the UK and Australia for a year each so I’ve used to live in abroad. I take off my shoes when entering the home and always keep the place clean and well-maintained. I will arrive in the Netherlands on July 17, but I am able to start paying rent immediately if needed.
