As I would like to become more independent, I am currently looking for a studio where I can live on my own. I came across your studio and I am very interested in it. I would like to know more information about the studio, including its availability, rental conditions, and whether it would be suitable for me as a student. If the studio is still available and suitable, I would be very interested in arranging a viewing. If everything is suitable after the viewing, I would like to rent the studio for a minimum of 12 months, with the possibility of extending to 24 months or staying for an indefinite period. My motivation for moving to Utrecht is primarily work-related as my company's offices are located close to Utrecht, and as requested from my employer, living nearby would allow me to work more days at the office rather than fully remote.
