Hoi hoi! Ik ben Moritz, 24 jaar, een architect uit Duitsland, en ik verhuis dit komende semester naar Delft om te starten met mijn Master aan de TU Delft. Na een tijdje fulltime te hebben gewerkt (en een jaar in Kopenhagen te hebben gewoond), heb ik enorm veel zin om het studentenleven weer op te pakken. Design en architectuur spelen natuurlijk een grote rol in mijn leven, maar als ik niet aan het schetsen ben, maak ik meestal muziek (met koptelefoon, dus niemand zal er last van hebben :) ), ben ik aan het schilderen of doe ik aan sport. Ik ben op dit moment ook Nederlands aan het leren. Als huisgenoot ben ik relaxed, netjes en makkelijk in de omgang. Ik hou ervan om de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes opgeruimd te houden en geniet van een gezellige sfeer in huis - of dat nu een snelle koffie in de ochtend is of af en toe samen koken. Ik ben niet erg kieskeurig ik vind de locatie (Stad Groningen) of omgeving belangrijker dan de woonruimte zelf wel is het belangrijk dat bij een huurwoning huurtoeslag mogelijk is mijn voorkeur gaat natuurlijk uit naar een (studio/appartement) maar sta ook open voor een Kamer met gezellige huisgenoten. Over mij: Ik ben rustig, netjes en sociaal. Ik hou van dagjes uit, van wandelen, foto graveren filmavonden en heb een passie voor muziek en ga graag naar festivals & opstap. ik rook niet en ben een gezelligheid drinker, verder hou ik van gezellige sfeer en ik weet ook goed om een gezellige sfeer te creëren.
