Hi! My name is Laura and I'm a 21-year-old Psychology student from Croatia. I have been living, studying, and working part-time in Groningen for 3 years now, mostly on my own. Currently, I have a cozy small room in Helpman, but I am looking for something more spacious and with roommates - after 3 years on my own (and after growing up in quite a dynamic household back home), I must admit I miss the social atmosphere of sharing your living space with someone. I am currently in the third year of my bachelor, but I will prolong it for a semester to do a minor as well. I also plan on staying in Groningen for my master's. I am fluent in English, Croatian, and Italian (B2). My Dutch is a work in progress, so I am open to any and all opportunities to practice - you can speak to me only in Dutch if you want (we will both struggle but that's the price of learning). I am tidy and appreciate roommates who also value clean and organised shared spaces. I like my private time although I am more than open to movie nights, eating together, going to the gym/for a walk together, etc. As long as you are kind, communicative, and honest, we will get along.
