Hello everybody, Nice to meet you! My name is Chiara, 23 years old. I’m an Italian Law student from Brescia, a city near Milan. I will be in Amsterdam for a research program at the University of Amsterdam (UvA) for my Master’s Degree. My program runs from February 1st until the end of May 2026. I can assure you I am financially responsible and all payments, including rent and utility bills, will always be on time. I am a quiet, responsible, and clean person, so you won't have to worry about cleaning or housekeeping, as I’m already used to managing my home space. For instance, when I cook, I always clean up immediately afterwards, so the kitchen is always clean and ready for the next person. During the week, I expect to spend most of my time studying in the library. In my free time, I enjoy reading, watching good films (always with headphones), doing Pilates and most of all exploring the city, especially markets, museums, and cozy cafés! First and foremost, I am: Exceptionally tidy, attentive and respectful of the property:  even smallest issues/damages don't go unnoticed and are dealt with by me. I keep everything well maintained and take full responsibility. Cleanliness and order at all times is important part of my mindset and the way of living. Financially stable:  I work ~38 hours a week on average, make around 2300€ monthly and 27K€ annually, have decent amount of savings and I am very mindful of my finances. No debts or loans. I have been working at FedEx Duiven for over 12 months as a parcel sorter/forklift driver. Even though I work through an agency, my position is firm and I am at the phase B of the contract which also adds additional financial security. I intend to stay in the country and Gelderland area for a long time. Very quiet:  no music, no partying, no loud noises. No drinking or any substances nor smoking. I prefer mostly solitary way of living with my lifestyle revolving around mindfulness, self inquiry, meditation, light yoga and general focus on my health. Respectful to those around me:  while I don't speak Dutch and am not particularly social, I am polite at all times and I keep in mind the wellbeing of others.
