Groningen, 2026 Motivatiebrief voor huuraanvraag Geachte heer/mevrouw, Ik reageer op de woning omdat ik een rustig, goed onderhouden thuis nodig heb dat mijn voltijds promotieonderzoek en rustgevende avonden ondersteunt. Ik woon sinds 2020 in Groningen, ben afgestudeerd aan de Research Master van de Rijksuniversiteit Groningen, en werk momenteel als promovendus en docent. In mijn voltijdfunctie bij de Faculteit Gedrags- en Maatschappijwetenschappen ontwikkel ik computer-adaptieve tests om de zorg voor kankerpatiënten te verbeteren. Mijn huidige appartement nabij de Vismarkt is steeds minder geschikt geworden: luidruchtige buren verstoren zowel mijn werkconcentratie als mijn rust. Als voltijds promovendus die zich verdiept in complexe, veeleisende taken, heb ik een rustige, geordende omgeving nodig om in te werken en een opgeruimd, vredig thuis om daarna tot rust te komen. Bij het online bekijken van het appartement werd ik aangetrokken door het natuurlijke licht, dat avondwerk achter de computer ondersteunt zonder oogvermoeidheid, en door de rustige indeling, die herstellende slaap belooft na lange dagen in het Heymansgebouw. De keuken maakt het bereiden van gezonde maaltijden eenvoudig, en de fietstocht van 5 tot 10 minuten naar kantoor bespaart mij reistijd die anders aan woon-werkverkeer zou opgaan, waardoor er meer ruimte overblijft voor onderzoek en sport. Ik ben om de volgende inhoudelijke redenen een geschikte huurder: Bewezen betrouwbaarheid: Bijgevoegd is een verklaring van mijn verhuurder die bevestigt dat ik de huur altijd op tijd heb betaald en geen overlast heb veroorzaakt. Financiële zekerheid: Mijn huur wordt volledig gegarandeerd door mijn vader, een langdurig dienende ambtenaar met een hoog inkomen in Duitsland (zijn werkgeversverklaring en ondersteunende documenten zijn bijgevoegd). Daarnaast bedraagt mijn eigen bruto maandsalaris meer dan €3000. Gezonde en stabiele levensstijl: Ik woon al meer dan tien jaar zelfstandig en houd mijn woning onberispelijk schoon en georganiseerd. Mijn avonden wijd ik aan sporten zoals beachvolleybal (waar ik ook een team coach), tennis, golf, basketbal, padel en hardlopen. Ik rook niet en drink geen alcohol. Gestructureerde dagen: Als voltijds promovendus (>40 uur/week) hecht ik veel waarde aan een rustige woonomgeving. Ik hanteer een gestructureerd dagritme: werken van 08:00 tot 17:30, sporten tussen 18:00 en 21:00, daarna koken en ontspannen. Langdurige relatie: Ik heb een vaste langdurige relatie met een partner die mij om het weekend bezoekt. Buiten deze bezoeken om blijft mijn woning een persoonlijke rustplek: geen andere overnachtende gasten en geen feesten. Geen huisdieren: Ik houd geen huisdieren; ik ben allergisch voor katten, honden en andere dieren.
