I've worked in hotel maintenance where I handled things like fixing leaking toilets and showers, assembling furniture, and general repairs around the property. That experience taught me how to treat a space and its appliances with care so they stay in good condition long term. I'm not the kind of tenant who misuses things and waits for them to break. For anything serious I always keep the landlord informed and in the loop. I'm calm and easy to live with. I don't host parties or have people over constantly. Outside of uni I run my own side projects in business and tech, so I'm usually focused and keep to myself in a good way. I've also worked as a waiter at large-scale events and have some experience in property management and rental processes, so I understand what's expected from a good tenant on both sides.
