Hi everyone! My name is Krzysztof, I'm 19 years old and I'm moving from Poland to Nijmegen this August to start my Bachelor’s in Artificial Intelligence at Radboud University. I’m a calm, organized person who truly values his alone time and privacy to recharge, clear my head, and focus on my studies. I'm definitely not a non-stop party animal, but I do enjoy a good balance! Once every while, I love to head out for a casual weekend walk around town, grab a kebab, or share a beer and a good laugh with friends/housemates. Hii, ik ben Maud 😊 Ik ben 23 jaar oud en studeer momenteel de master Global Markets and Local Creativities aan de Erasmus Universiteit Rotterdam (een beetje te vergelijken met politiek en entrepreneurship 😉). Na mijn bachelor Liberal Arts and Sciences aan de University College Groningen ben ik nu bezig met een tweejarige master, waarvoor ik vanaf augustus/september op zoek ben naar een kamer in (de omgeving van) Rotterdam. Ik ben geboren in Amsterdam, maar heb ook een groot deel van mijn jeugd in Zweden en China gewoond. Toen ik 11 was verhuisde mijn familie eerst naar Zweden en later naar Shanghai, waardoor ik ben opgegroeid in een internationale omgeving en al vanaf jonge leeftijd Engelstalig onderwijs heb gevolgd. Mijn ouders en jongere broertjes wonen tegenwoordig in Malmö, waar ik deze zomer ook verblijf. In mijn vrije tijd sport ik graag, ga ik naar culturele evenementen en spreek ik af met vrienden. Tijdens mijn studententijd in Groningen heb ik gevoetbald bij een vriendenteam van de universiteit en gewerkt naast mijn studie. Tegenwoordig besteed ik veel tijd aan mijn master, die behoorlijk intensief is, waardoor ik regelmatig in de bibliotheek te vinden ben. Daarom ben ik ook een rustige huisgenoot die waarde hecht aan een fijne en prettige woonsfeer. I will be relocating to the Netherlands and expect a higher income shortly. To provide additional security, I am able to pay up to 6 months of rent in advance and can also provide proof of sufficient savings. And I’m looking for a place where I can live for a year. My dogs are Shetland Sheepdogs (medium-sized), both under 10 kg. I am a professional dog groomer and dog trainer, and my dogs are very well-trained. They do not chew furniture or damage the property. After walks, I always clean them properly before bringing them inside. I’ll wash them every two weeks to keep them clean. Once my freelance visa is approved, I will be working as a groomer five days a week. I plan to work at a salon where I can bring my dogs with me, so they will not be left alone at home. I do not smoke and I do not drink alcohol. I am a responsible and reliable tenant. I lived in the UK and Australia for a year each so I’ve used to live in abroad. I take off my shoes when entering the home and always keep the place clean and well-maintained. I will arrive in the Netherlands on July 17, but I am able to start paying rent immediately if needed.
