A bit about us: we're a quiet, tidy married couple who enjoy exploring new cities, staying active, and building a comfortable home wherever we go. We both value a clean, respectful living space and believe we'd be reliable, low-maintenance tenants who take excellent care of the property. Since this will be our first rental in the Netherlands, we don't yet have a local landlord reference. However, we're happy to offer other forms of assurance, including proof of employment and income, or references from colleagues in Amsterdam who know me personally. We'll complete formal registration, including BSN and municipality registration, within 1–2 weeks of arrival.
