I’ve been accepted into the master’s program at TU Delft and will be starting my studies next semester. That’s why I’m looking for a place to live in Delft. I’m preferably looking for a long-term rental starting in August. A few facts about me: I’m an active guy who really enjoys sports. I ride a roadbike, run a lot, and love playing volleyball or beach volleyball with friends. Besides sports, I enjoy spending time with friends, relaxing in the evenings with a few beers and card games, or cooking together with others. I would describe myself as open-minded and someone who enjoys meeting new people. I also make sure the apartment stays neat and clean so that everyone feels comfortable and at home. Since moving to Aachen, I’ve been living in the same shared apartment with two other students. I really enjoy living with nice roommates. Hi misschien wel toekomstige huisgenootjes, Mijn naam is Catharina, ik ben 19 jaar oud en kom uit Lunteren. Deze zomer begin ik als eerstejaars aan de bachelor Technische Bestuurskunde. Ik woon en werk nu voor een jaar bij de marine aan boord van een oorlogsschip als matroos. Ik zit bij de technische dienst waarbij ik vooral lekker aan het klussen ben. Een lekkende kraan is geen probleem meer ;). Ik ben mee geweest op verschillende reizen en heb al heel wat havens aangedaan. Daar maken we de gekste dingen mee. Geachte verhuurder, Per 1 juli ben ik op zoek naar een zelfstandige kamer/studio in omgeving centraal Nederland. Mijn huidige woonruimte komt te vervallen doordat mijn huisgenoot vertrekt(Gaat samenwonen met zijn vriendin) — ik zoek dus een eigen plek met iemand samen of waar ik volledig op mezelf kan wonen. Ik ben werkzaam in de sales, een sector die vraagt om doorzettingsvermogen, communicatieve kracht en betrouwbaarheid — eigenschappen die ik ook als huurder meeneem. Ik ben sociaal van aard, maar weet ook goed wanneer ik rust nodig heb en hoe ik mijn eigen tijd structureer. Thuis laad ik op: met een goed boek over geschiedenis, een avond achter mijn computer of een goede film/serie. Wat u van mij kunt verwachten: een huurder die zijn zaken op orde heeft, zorgvuldig omgaat met zijn woning en geen overlast veroorzaakt.
