Naast onze studie hebben wij allebei een stabiele bijbaan. Rhiannon werkt in een Ierse pub en ik werk in het weekend bij conceptstore Voorlopig. We kunnen beiden inkomensbewijzen aanleveren en indien gewenst kunnen onze ouders garant staan. We zijn verantwoordelijke huurders en gaan zorgvuldig om met onze woonruimte. Wij zouden idealiter rond juli/augustus willen verhuizen, willen ons beiden inschrijven op het adres en kunnen alle benodigde documenten snel aanleveren. My girlfriend, Libby, and I have been living together in Utrecht for the past 1.5 years. Our current rental contract will be running out at the end of July so we are looking for something new. She is working as a journalist in Arnhem, I am about to finish my Computer Science Master's degree at at the VU Amsterdam this summer. Libby is from London and did her Master's here in Utrecht. During her Master's she works as a tour guide, now she has been working as a business to business journalist for the past 1.5 years. During my Bachelor's I worked as a Ski instructor in my home town, Garmisch-Partenkirchen. Hello there! I'm a self-employed multidisciplinary creative professional (photographer/creative director/media background) who relocated to the Netherlands from the U.S. in February. I have a valid visa & residence permit, a business registered with the KvK, a growing network of Dutch friends and a sense of community, having previously spent extended stays in the NL twice in two years. This time, my move is permanent. I have never felt more at home than I do with my feet in the ground in the Netherlands. I am in LOVE with Het Gooi region, where I'm and am temporarily staying. I know every trail, every neighborhood, farm and public transport access from Bussum, Huizen and Blaricum to Laren and Hilversum. I'm also familiar with Naarden, LOVE Baarn, Hoorn, Haarlem, Amersfoot and Den Haag - where I have friends. I'm aware of the housing shortage, and will happily consider any availability within a 90-minute commute by public transportation to Amsterdam, where much of my work seems to be. I have an excellent rental history and personal references and I care for my space. I have a green thumb, love people, adore animals, art, am newly enthusiastic about golf, opera, and even the raindrops most complain about - there's serenity in gray days, too! My name is Daniele, I’m 22 years old, Italian, and I will be starting my MSc in Transport, Infrastructure and Logistics at TU Delft this August. I recently graduated from Politecnico di Milano. I have been living with roommates for the past 4 years and I also had international experiences (6-month exchange in Poland, worked for 2 months in a kids summer camp (which was intense but fun), and 2 months in Uruguay for another exchange, so I am very comfortable in multicultural environments, moreover I speak Italian, English, Spanish and Russian, so communication is never really a problem. I’m really into swimming, and one of the coolest things I’ve done is crossing the Strait of Messina (from Sicily to Calabria, in Italy). I work from the office always, and weekends I can be out and about quite a bit. So even if I am probably not going to be around much, I still want to find a place that feels like a home and where people take care of the shared space. I have lived in many different shared houses already, I'm used to it and I'm fairly easy to get along with and adaptable. I am a very clean person (I have a passion for ironing) and also not a great cook (so I won't be taking up many hours the kitchen). I'm into hobbies ranging from french film to house parties.
