Hi! We are Michele and Francesco, two brothers from Parma, Italy, and we have moved to Rotterdam to begin our university studies. Michele will study Product Design at Willem de Kooning Academy, while Francesco will study at Erasmus University Rotterdam. We are looking for either two rooms in the same house or a small apartment in Rotterdam or the surrounding area, preferably for 12 months or longer. We are calm, responsible, clean and respectful. We are used to taking care of the place where we live and keeping shared spaces tidy. We both really enjoy cooking and, coming from Parma, food is quite a serious matter for us! We are also very good with DIY, repairs and practical things around the house. Our father (valerio) will provide full financial support and guarantee for the rent, with all necessary financial documentation available. If helpful, he is also prepared to pay several months of rent in advance. We are already in Rotterdam and available for viewings at short notice. Tijdens de vier jaar dat ik in Nijmegen heb gehuurd, heb ik altijd aan mijn verplichtingen voldaan en prettig samengewoond met huisgenoten. En heb altijd erg fijn contact gehad met mijn voormalige huurbazen. Ik beschouw mezelf als een respectvolle en betrouwbare huurder. Ik ga zorgvuldig om met mijn woonruimte, communiceer duidelijk en neem mijn huurverplichtingen serieus. Ik kom graag langs voor een bezichtiging en verstrek de gewenste aanvullende informatie.

Beste verhuurder, met veel interesse ben ik op korte termijn op op zoek naar een eigen ruimte. Mijn naam is Quinten en ben 26 jaar oud. Ik ben afstuderend hbo-student journalistiek en op zoek naar een ruimte en nieuwe start waar ik mijn studie af kan maken en na werk thuis mag komen. Op dit moment woon ik nog thuis in Kortenhoef, NH. Ik heb een verantwoordelijke financiële situatie, spaar elke maand en daarnaast staat een familielid garant. Na het afronden van mijn studie binnen elke maanden, ga ik fulltime werken en zal de overstap maken naar werk binnen mijn vakgebied: de journalistiek. In mijn vrije tijd doe ik aan fotografie, wandelen en sporten in de natuur, koken en (buitenlands) nieuws volgen. Wat een ruimte/woning betreft ben ik al zeer tevreden met een rustige kamer van in ieder geval 10 m2, met eventueel een kitchenette. Badkamer en andere voorzieningen deel ik graag en hou deze net zo graag in nette staat.
