Wij zijn twee werkende vrienden en zoeken met spoed een zelfstandige huurwoning in Almere of Lelystad. Wij wonen momenteel samen, maar de eigenaar van onze woning gaat het huis verkopen. Daarom hebben wij zo snel mogelijk een nieuwe woning nodig. Ons vorige adres was Steile Bank 22. Ik stond daar officieel ingeschreven bij de gemeente en het huurcontract stond op mijn naam. Wij hebben dus al ervaring met het gezamenlijk huren en bewonen van een woning. Wij hebben samen een bruto-inkomen van ongeveer €6.500 per maand en ons maximale huurbudget bedraagt €3.000 per maand. Mijn vriend heeft een vast contract bij Kuehne+Nagel. Ik werk inmiddels elf maanden bij Farm Dairy en over één maand krijg ik daar naar verwachting mijn vaste contract. Wij zoeken een woning waarin woningdelen is toegestaan en waar wij ons allebei bij de gemeente kunnen inschrijven. Indien gewenst kunnen wij onze arbeidscontracten, loonstroken, werkgeversverklaringen, identiteitsdocumenten en bewijs van onze vorige huurwoning aanleveren.

Therefore, cleaning after using common areas such as the kitchen and bathroom is something I do automatically without having to be reminded of or scolded for not doing it. I'm pretty introverted but I do have extraverted moments every now and then. I value privacy but I'm also definitely down for shared activities, cooking, watching TV or just chilling.
