My friend Kartik and I are looking for a clean and comfortable apartment from 1 September 2026, preferably near Barendrecht station, Ridderkerk or Rotterdam-Zuid. We are looking for a property (apartment/studio) with two separate bedrooms, with a combined rental budget of approximately €1,500–€1,850 per month. We are both quiet, tidy, non-smoking and responsible tenants. As we work full-time during weekdays, we appreciate a peaceful home environment and will take good care of the apartment. We respect neighbours and house rules and always pay rent on time. We can provide employment contracts, proof of income, identification documents and, where required, a guarantor. We are looking for a long-term home where both tenants can officially register at the address.

Wat een ruimte/woning betreft ben ik al zeer tevreden met een rustige kamer van in ieder geval 10 m2, met eventueel een kitchenette. Badkamer en andere voorzieningen deel ik graag en hou deze net zo graag in nette staat.
