Hello, I am an 18-year-old Molecular Biology student at Utrecht University. I'm a quiet, organized, and non-smoking tenant. I spend my time studying, staying active, travelling, and meeting friends. I'm looking for an apartment/studio I can live in for 1-2 years.

My name is Samuel, I am a 23 year old engineering student from Spain. I will be starting my Master studies at TU Delft on September 2026. I want to move the Netherlands as soon as possible to be there months before my studies start and look for a job in the meantime. During my stay in the Netherlands, I will have my parents as a guarantor, with enough savings for all expenses during the 2 year the master studies last. If needed, I can provide proof. On top of this, I will look for a part time job I can manage alongside my studies. About myself, I am a quiet and relaxed guy, I do not party, drink or smoke at all. Apart from studying, I spend my time learning things on my own, watching series and exercising. I have rented 4 different student rooms before. Never had any issues with the landlords.

Na het afstuderen heb ik een paar maandjes door Thailand gereisd, en sinds oktober werk ik als constructeur bij van Rossum in Rotterdam. Op dit moment woon ik op de EduP. Alhoewel ik het daar erg gezellig heb gehad is het nu toch echt tijd om het studentenleven achter me te laten. Daarom ben ik opzoek naar een nieuw huis. Ik heb natuurlijk mijn eigen leventje in Delft, maar zoek wel een huis met gelijkgezinden die ook beginnen met werken of in het einde van hun studie zitten, en het nog gezellig vinden om af en toe samen te eten of ’s avonds samen een filmpje te kijken, een spelletje te doen of gewoon wat bij te kletsen.
