Dear future landlord, My name is Dominika, and I am a 22-year-old student from Poland, searching for housing in Leiden. For the past three years, I have been renting a room in a student house in Maastricht, where I did my Bachelor's, and I lived with 4 other girls. We managed to keep the common areas clean at all times; therefore, I can confidently describe myself as a calm, tidy, and respectful tenant who does not smoke. We rarely had to contact the agency because there were no issues, and the rent was ALWAYS paid on time. I plan to find a part-time job, and I have full financial support from my parents. I am a huge biology nerd; I find genetics extremely interesting. In my free time, I enjoy reading; I am also trying to learn how to sew clothes, and, if the weather allows, I enjoy running.

Een aantal jaar geleden heb ik mijn Master of Science in Game Art behaald en na een interessante carrière specialiseer ik mij nu steeds meer in mijn eigen kunst. Als vaste baan ben ik bezorger en breng ik de JA van Jumbo rond. Ik geniet van deze baan en als ik naar een andere woonplaats moet verhuizen, kan ik ook werken vanuit een andere hub. Als huurder kan ik, als u dat wilt, opknapklusjes aan het huis van u overnemen. Ik ben daar zeer nauwkeurig en vaardig in en heb ook ervaring als hovenier. Als u een tuintje voor mij heeft, of een lichte ruimte voor een paar kamerplanten, ben ik driedubbel gelukkig! Een niet al te hoog huurbedrag zou mij enorm helpen om mijn kunst, hobby's en roadtrips te financieren. Daarom zou ik graag een woning hebben die in aanmerking komt voor huurtoeslag. Helpt u mij rond oktober aan een nieuwe veilige haven? Ik vind het fijn om een plek te hebben waar ik voor langere tijd een rustig leven kan hebben. Vriendelijke groet,
