Ik ben een nette, verantwoordelijke en rustige huurder, niet-roker en ik heb geen huisdieren. Indien gewenst kan ik direct alle benodigde documenten aanleveren, waaronder een werkgeversverklaring, inkomensgegevens, referenties en een kopie van mijn identiteitsbewijs. Ik ben flexibel wat betreft de ingangsdatum en kan op korte termijn verhuizen. Ik ben hoognodig op zoek naar een kamertje in Utrecht. Een gemengd huis lijkt mij erg leuk maar alleen met meiden in een huis zou ik ook geen probleem vinden. James is American, Hannah is German, we have been living in Amsterdam for about 3 years now.
