Beste verhuurder, Mijn naam is Louis Koome en momenteel woon ik thuis bij mijn vader in Leiden. Ik ben 22 jaar oud, studeer Computer Science bij Universiteit Leiden en ben actief bij studentenvereniging A.L.S.V. Quintus. Op dit moment woon ik in de schuur van mijn vader en woon hier zeer zelfstandig, ik betaal tevens huur. Helaas ben ik genoodzaakt de schuur te verlaten omdat mijn vader verhuisplannen heeft staan. Ik ben een actief persoon met veel bezigheden zoals fitness, bijles geven, programmeren en tijd spenderen met mijn vriendin en de vrienden om mij heen. Daarnaast werk ik nog als horeca-leverancier en heb ik soms avonden dat ik achter de bar sta bij mijn vereniging. Ik ben opzoek naar een kamer in Leiden waar ik alleen of met maximaal 6 andere huisgenoten woon. Ik ben iemand die erg zelfstandig is opgevoed en goed mijn eigen (huis-)taken kan uitvoeren. Ik houd er ook absoluut van om een praatje te maken met huisgenoten, ik ben immers iemand die zich graag onder de mensen bevindt en zich snel comfortabel kan voelen zodra de klik er is. Ik ben ook absoluut een dierenvriend. Stel dat er een huisdier aanwezig is, vind ik dat alleen maar een pluspunt. Ik heb zelf namelijk een teckel en een windhond (zie foto).
