Ik ben Frerik, 26, en ben halverwege mijn master automotive technology in Eindhoven. Ik heb dit jaar nog wat vakken waarvoor ik heen en weer reis, maar volgend jaar een stage en een scriptie waarvoor ik niet per se in Eindhoven hoef te zijn, en mijn gehele sociale leven zit nog altijd in Delft (ik heb hier mijn bachelor WB gedaan en ben er geboren) vandaar dat ik tóch hier een kamer zoek. Ik speel graag spelletjes, ga af en toe boulderen of naar klimweekendjes, klus met liefde aan mijn fiets, zou graag weer eens gaan zeilen, luister graag naar muziek, speel heel soms gitaar, kan ontzettend genieten van autorijden, en begin binnenkort ook met motorrijlessen. Het lijkt mij heel fijn om voorlopig (ook na mijn master) ergens te wonen met huisgenoten, om samen mee of voor te koken, en samen mee te studeren :)

I have three citizenships, American, Italian and Canadian. I speak English and some Italian, but no Dutch (yet!). I plan on settling into my new home in Amsterdam in June 2026, and will work part-time after getting settled in. I’m willing to rent sooner for the right home to avoid housing chaos. In terms of housing, my preference would be in Amsterdam within a reasonable commute to the Roeterseiland campus, but understand I may need to look further out. I would prefer to live in a private studio, but I’m also open to shared housing. In Denver, I’ve lived with three various other roommates the whole time, and all of us have gotten along very well. I’m very clean and quite quiet, though I do like socializing with my roommates when we’re able to. Having lived with roommates the past 2 years, I’m more than happy to share a space with others and I keep common areas very tidy.
