Hey! Ik ben Ischa en ik studeer Landschapsarchitectuur. Als onderdeel van mijn studie begin ik aan mijn fulltime stage bij een landschapsarchitectenbureau in Amsterdam. Ik heb er veel zin in en ben daarom nog op zoek naar een fijne kamer. Ik ben netjes, rustig en sociaal. Ik houd van natuur, kunst en koken. Daarnaast kook ik graag en vind ik het leuk om films te kijken of muziek te luisteren. Ik woon inmiddels een jaar zelfstandig in een studio in Heerlen, dus ik ben gewend om mijn eigen huishouden te regelen. Ik kom uit een gezin met vier kinderen, waardoor meehelpen in het huishouden er bij ons van jongs af aan vanzelfsprekend bij hoorde. Ik ben makkelijk in de omgang en vind het gezellig om af en toe samen iets te doen, maar ik vind het ook belangrijk om serieus met mijn studie bezig te zijn. Vorig jaar heb ik Applied Science gestudeerd, maar ik kwam erachter dat Mechatronica veel beter bij mij past. Ik rook niet en vind het belangrijk om in een schoon en prettig huis te wonen. Een aantal jaar geleden heb ik mijn Master of Science in Game Art behaald en na een interessante carrière specialiseer ik mij nu steeds meer in mijn eigen kunst. Als vaste baan ben ik bezorger en breng ik de JA van Jumbo rond. Ik geniet van deze baan en als ik naar een andere woonplaats moet verhuizen, kan ik ook werken vanuit een andere hub. Als huurder kan ik, als u dat wilt, opknapklusjes aan het huis van u overnemen. Ik ben daar zeer nauwkeurig en vaardig in en heb ook ervaring als hovenier. Als u een tuintje voor mij heeft, of een lichte ruimte voor een paar kamerplanten, ben ik driedubbel gelukkig! Een niet al te hoog huurbedrag zou mij enorm helpen om mijn kunst, hobby's en roadtrips te financieren. Daarom zou ik graag een woning hebben die in aanmerking komt voor huurtoeslag.
