Max €1000 inclusief. Alles daarboven bespreekbaar, ligt helemaal aan de woning, de ligging en faciliteiten. Goed internet zeer belangrijk, omdat ik o.a ook online ondernemer ben. Het is geen probleem als het tijdelijk is en inschrijven ook niet perse nodig. Het liefst wel een paar dagen eerder intrekken dan 1 feb 2026, zodat ik zaken rustig hier kan afronden.
