Our Property is located in the center of Eindhoven, 3-5 minutes walk from the train/bus station. It is surrounded with different kinds of Restaurants, Fast Food Chains, Supermarkets, Banks, Business Establishments (Philips, ASML, etc) and also Schools (TU, Fontys, Design Academy, etc.... you name it and you will have it all!

I'm not someone who'll fill the flat with parties or guests. My weekdays are fairly structured: I work from the office during the day, so the flat is mostly empty until the evening. Ideally I'd share with one other young professional or PhD student who has a similar rhythm: friendly and open, but valuing a peaceful home.
