My name is Lorenzo, I’m a 26-year-old PhD student from Italy, and I’m looking for a room, studio, or apartment in Delft (or nearby well-connected areas) from October 1st, 2026, to March 31st, 2027 (6 months). I hold a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Padova, and I will be at TU Delft for a 6-month research visit in Computational Fluid Dynamics at the Process & Energy Department. My stay is fully funded. I have over 7 years of experience in shared housing, so I’m very used to co-living routines. I am clean, organized, quiet, and respectful of shared spaces. In my free time, I enjoy cooking dinners, playing board games, or going for outdoor walks with flatmates, while always respecting everyone's privacy and space. I'm currently living in Schiedam and looking for long-term housing closer to Twente campus, ideally moving in from early/late September. I receive a fixed monthly salary from the University, so I will be on time with my rental payments. I've been renting in the Netherlands for 3 years now and my previous landlords can vouch for a smooth, reliable tenancy. Outside of work, I enjoy biking and weightlifting, and like to get out and explore on weekends. I keep my space tidy and take good care of wherever I'm living, so you can expect the same here.

Hoi! Ik ben 22 jaar en kom uit Amersfoort. Momenteel zit ik in mijn afstudeerjaar van de opleiding Social Work. Naast mijn studie werk ik in een bakkerij en restaurant. Vanaf september ga ik aan de slag in de forensische zorg, waar ik ontzettend veel zin in heb! In mijn vrije tijd ben ik graag bezig met dansen, koken en bakken. Ik vind het gezellig om met vriendinnen af te spreken, samen lekker te eten en ondertussen een muziekje op te zetten. Ik ben sociaal, spontaan en sta zeker open voor leuk contact met huisgenoten. Samen koken, een drankje doen of gezellig bijkletsen vind ik dan ook erg leuk. Tegelijkertijd vind ik het ook fijn om af en toe een rustige avond te hebben. Een avondje op de bank met een goede film of serie kan ik daarom ook zeker waarderen.
