We’re looking for a peaceful and comfortable place to stay long-term in Netharlands. We’re quiet, tidy, and responsible people who value a clean and calm living environment. We don’t smoke, don’t have pets, and always treat shared spaces with respect. We enjoy meeting new people but also appreciate privacy and maintaining a harmonious home. Hoi! Wij zijn Polina (mens) en Melissa (kat). We wonen normaal in ons eigen appartement in Rotterdam, maar voor april en mei 2026 staat er renovatie gepland. Tijdens die periode is het niet handig om in ons appartement te wonen. We zoeken daardoor een appartement of kamer voor APRIL+MEI 2026. Hoe dichter bij Rotterdam hoe beter, maar we zullen alle opties overwegen! Registratie is NIET nodig. Ivm kat kan ik een hogere borg geven. Ik (Polina) ben bijna 30 jaar oud en werk als datamanager bij de afdeling levertransplantatie in het Erasmus MC. In mijn vrije tijd werk ik meestal aan het afronden van mijn promotietraject op het gebied van moleculaire biologie van bloedkanker. Ik spreek goed Nederlands, Engels, Russisch, Oekraïens. Ik versta veel Duits en Pools. Ik rook niet, heb geen luide hobby's en houd gemeenschappelijke ruimtes schoon. Melissa heb ik in november 2025 uit een asiel in Oekraïne opgehaald. Ze is 3 jaar oud, gesteriliseerd. Ze voelt zich snel thuis op nieuwe plekken. In het asiel woonde ze samen met andere katten. Ze gebruikt alleen haar bak als toilet en krabt meubels niet (ja, ik ben zelf nog steeds verbaasd!). Hopelijk tot straks!
