Na de Brexit en vlak na Covid ben ik met mijn gezin ge-emigreerd naar Nederland, maar helaas ben ik enkele maanden geleden gescheiden Daarom zoek ik nu dringend woonruimte in Dordrecht (of omgeving) voor mijzelf en twee kinderen Summer(16) en John (13) Ik woon nu in het huis van mijn ex-man, en u kunt zich hopelijk voorstellen dat dit een zeer ongemakkelijke situatie is In Engeland (Portsmouth) heb voornamelijk in de gezondheids zorg gewerkt, in Nederland ben ik gestopt met werken tot aan mijn scheiding. Van nature ben ik een vriendelijk, hardwerkend en eerlijk persoon en kan indien hiervoor indien gewenst referenties aandragen Ik houd ervan om in een schoon en verzorgd huis te wonen, daardoor zult u aan mij een goede huurder hebben. Sinds dit jaar werk ik 40uur per week voor het bedrijf Krohne in Dordrecht en ik verdien netto €2404 per maand. ik verdien boven minimumloon en soms werk ik ook in de loop van de tijd. de afspraak met mijn kinderen is dat ze vanwege hun schoolrooster alleen in de weekenden bij mij blijven. ik hou van lezen en ga soms uit met collega's. ik ben echt geïnteresseerd in het huren van deze woning en ik wil graag een bezichtiging van het huis als het nog beschikbaar is Ik werk er met veel plezier, met leuke collegas en interessant werk, daarbij is het een succesvol bedrijf met een solide toekomst. De bedrijfsleiding heeft reeds aangegeven dat zij mij in vaste dienst willen nemen en ik verwacht binnenkort een contract te mogen tekenen. Hiernaast heb ik ook een aanvulling op mijn inkomen door mijn online webshop en neven activiteiten, dit varieert van xxxx euro per maand. Samen met de toeslagen is mijn inkomen dus dusdanig dat ik ruim aan de vraagprijs van de huur ruim kan voldoen. Eachter, omdat ik (nog) geen vast dienst verband heb kan ik mij voorstellen dat ik als 'risico' huurder zou kunnen worden bestempeld Ik kan u echter verzekeren dat een van mijn belangrijkste prioriteiten is dat mijn rekeningen altijd op tijd worden betaald. Ik heb nergens schulden en dit kan ik ook aantonen in Nederland en in Engeland Omdat ik door de scheiding beschik over wat vermogen wil ik hiervan graag een gedeelte inzetten als bankgarantie. Dit waarborgt uw huur inkomen ten allentijde en stelt mij in staat een woning te betrekken en mijn leven weer op de rit te krijgen.
