My name is Viktoriia, I'm 21 years old and I will be coming to the Netherlands for my Erasmus studies, starting from September 1st, 2026. Financial situation:  I will be receiving an unconditional Erasmus grant of €920 a month for the whole semester. As well as that, I have savings from my current job that are sufficient to cover rent. My guarrantors are living abroad and have a full-time employment and a stable job and can show their proof of employment. 
 Qualities: I am a very clean and tidy person that is used to live in a shared spaces. For 2 years of my studies I've lived in student dormitories and respect the personal space of other possible tenants. As well as that, I am very good in keeping my own personal space tidy, not having troubles with cleaning schedules and agreeing on shared rules of rental. I am all for avoiding conflict situations that may arise in shared living and finding compromises before the escalation. I treat everyone with respect and believe that compromises are a key to a comfortable relationships between tenants, as we are all interested in peacefull living with no conflicts. Terms of rental period: I am planning to come to the Netherlands for one semester, starting from September 1st, 2026, and ending on 1st of February, 2027. Dat was vast wel positief bedoeld toch? 😂 Hallo, Mijn naam is Naomie en ik ben 24 jaar oud. Ik ben heel gepassioneerd over onderwijs, mensen rechten, kunst en beta vakken en heb mijn studiekeuzes hiernaar afgestemd. Ik krijg heel vaak te horen van mensen dat ik introverted kan overkomen (een echte type A persoon 😅), maar ik zou mezelf omschrijven als een ambivert. Ik begin mijn studie aan de TU delft Civiele Techniek in september, en hoop daarbij de komende 5 jaar in delft te kunnen wonen (hopelijk wat langer zelfs) Als ik aan mijn toekomst denk, dan zie ik mezelf in een technische carrière wat te maken heeft met woonbouw. In mijn vrije tijd hou ik ervan om met mijn vrienden af te spreken, nieuwe talen te leren (een recente hobby) en veel te lezen. Je zal me vaak vinden in de bibliotheek of in mijn kamer, werkend aan mijn studie. Als een huisgenoot kan je van mij een respectvolle en verantwoordelijk manier van communicatie verwachten. Ik ben zelf heel erg georganiseerd en schoon. Als het om samenleven gaat, ben ik super verantwoordelijk en netjes. Je hoeft je geen zorgen te maken over een rommelige gemeenschappelijke ruimte of de vuile vaat die zich opstapelt. Bovendien ben ik altijd in voor een goede sfeer en het creëren van een positieve leefomgeving. We zijn tenslotte grotendeels allemaal studenten, en een vieze woonruimte is geen manier om te leven als je ook nog eens diep in projecten en huiswerk zit.
